Farmer Wants a Wife: Is Farmer Harry the Romantic Guy Bronte Is Looking For?

Farmer Wants a Wife — AKA my favourite Australian dating show — is back in full swing, and this year’s farmers might just take the cake. They’re all such catches!

This season, we’re following Farmer Ben, 27, from Wingham, NSW, Farmer Harry, 24, from Kyabram, VIC, Farmer Will, 26, from Berriwillock, VIC, Farmer Benjamin, 33, from Guyra, NSW, and Farmer Paige — the show’s first female farmer — who’s 28 and from Cassilis, NSW.

Now Farmer Wants a Wife wouldn’t be Farmer Wants a Wife without some midseason intruders, and that’s exactly what experience farmer’s wife and guest host Sam Armytage has in store for this year’s farmers.

One of Farmer Harry’s newcomers is 27-year-old insurance claims specialist Bronte, from Queensland.

Bronte thinks it’s important to be happy with or without love, but she does also feel ready to share her life with someone special.

“I do think finding love is one of the main reasons we exist in this world,” she said in a press statement.

“In the past I’ve made the mistake of compromising too much on things that are important to me, such as having children and a home together. It’s important that my partner be honest, trustworthy, funny and not take life
too seriously.”

She thinks that Farmer Harry looks like he has a kind soul, and she wants that in a partner. She also wants someone to tickle her back, as that’s “the most romantic thing someone could ever do” for her.

Let’s hope that Farmer Harry is an avid tickler!

Farmer Wants a Wife airs at 7.00pm on Sundays, and 7.30pm on Mondays and Tuesdays, only on 7 and 7 Plus.
