It’s been less than a week since Big Brother Royalty vs New Contenders premiered, and the competition is already getting heated. The first housemate to face eviction was Josh, and to be honest, we weren’t really too sad to see him go.
The ex-model was a walking red flag and pretty much represented every douche out there who thinks its cool to give people mixed signals about how they really feel. The latest season sees past Big Brother contestants compete alongside newbies to mark the reality show’s 21st birthday.
Some of the “Royalty” include previous winners Reggie Bird, Trevor Butler and Tim Dormer — who, if they win again, will make Big Brother Australia history as the first two-time winner. Joining them will be Farmer Dave Graham, Tully Smyth, Anthony Drew, Estelle Landy and Layla Subritzky.
While we’re not entirely sure how this season will play out, one thing is for sure — it’s definitely going to be interesting. With Tully and Drew reuniting after their whirlwind romance in 2013, we can either expect sparks to fly or disaster to strike.
Oh, and not to mention, new contender Sam (yes, the same person who had Josh’s heart) was named as Drew’s girlfriend in the promo for the show, so things are about to get messy. So how, when and where can you tune in?
Big Brother Royalty vs New Contenders airs four nights a week, from Monday through Thursday each week on Channel 7 at 7.30pm.
If you miss an episode, then don’t fret. You can catch up in your own time on 7plus. Every week, the housemates will nominate and eliminate one another until the grand finale, in which Australia will decide on the winner.
Big Brother Royalty vs New Contenders airs at 7pm on Channel 7 and 7Plus.
