Brooke Blurton is ready to find love for the third time as The Bachelorette, and on Monday, Channel Ten revealed exactly who would be vying for her love. For the first time ever, both men and women will be heading into the mansion, with the 26-year-old being the first Indigenous and pansexual Bachelorette in the franchise’s history.
We’ve seen little snippets here and there of what we can expect from the upcoming season, with one contestant implying that she hooked up with another person in the mansion. Things are going to get messy but we don’t expect anything less.
Fans were first introduced to Brooke on Honey Badger’s season of The Bachelor, where she famously quit despite being a front runner. She then tried her luck at Bachelor In Paradise before agreeing to front The Bachelorette this year.
Speaking to POPSUGAR Australia, Brooke said she made sure to go into the experience with no expectations, something she didn’t do when she was a contestant on The Bachelor and Bachelor In Paradise.
“I think this time around I was a little bit more determined and didn’t put too much pressure on myself. I just really wanted to throw myself and lean into the experience. I thoroughly enjoyed it, I loved every moment.”
We’ve been introduced to a few of the 16 contestants but there’s no better way to get up close and personal than stalking them on Instagram. From a carpenter to a “Persian Prince”, Brooke has plenty of variety when it comes to choosing her forever person, but whether she walks away with The One is yet to be seen.
