Nintendo Will Show 10 Minutes of ‘Tears of the Kingdom’ Gameplay Tomorrow
We’re less than 50 days away from “The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom” and, as usual, Nintendo is being very hush hush about it. So far we’ve only seen two trailers, and they don’t give much away — that hasn’t stopped fans coming up with hugely intricate theories about it, anyway. But the next Nintendo Direct will finally give us what we’ve been waiting for — our first real look at “TOTK” in action.
The Legend of Zelda series producer Eiji Aonuma will host the Direct, which will show “roughly 10 minutes of gameplay”.
As always, the times listed in the announcement aren’t actually when we can watch in Aus. We’ve done the maths to figure out when you can watch the next Nintendo Direct in Australia.
Tears of the Kingdom Nintendo Direct Australian Times
Join The Legend of #Zelda series producer, Eiji Aonuma, for roughly 10 minutes of gameplay from The Legend of Zelda: #TearsOfTheKingdom tonight on 29/03 at 1:00am AEDT on our YouTube channel.
The livestream will begin at the following times on Wednesday, March 29.
- AEDT (ACT, NSW, VIC, TAS): Wednesday, March 29 at 1am
- ACDT (SA): Wednesday, March 29 at 12.30am
- AEST (QLD): Wednesday, March 29 at 12am
- ACST (NT): Tuesday, March 28 at 11.30pm
- AWST (WA): Tuesday, March 28 at 10pm
We only just had a banger Nintendo Direct — with news about the “Tears of the Kingdom” collector’s edition and Game Boy games coming to Switch, no less — but Nintendo has already announced its next event. And the March Nintendo Direct will trade in Zelda for a whole lot of yahoo-ing; this one’s entirely about “The Super Mario Bros. Movie”.
Where to Watch the Nintendo Direct In Australia
The Direct will be streamed on Nintendo’s YouTube channel. If you miss the livestream because you’re sleeping, it’ll also be up on the channel afterwards.
