Rumours have been circulating about Abbie Chatfield’s relationship with Konrad Bien-Stephen, claiming the two have split up.
Now, Abbie has broken her silence, sharing a statement on Instagram.
“I’ve seen the articles about Konrad,” she began.
“He’s out of the country so I won’t be commenting on anything until he’s home. Can everyone not be so dramatic pls and relax.”
She said “both of us are totally okay.”
“And can the paparazzi get their daily pic of me picking up dog poo then let me get a coffee in peace also,” she concluded.
The statement comes after the Daily Mail reported that Konrad had hooked up with ex-Bachelor star Megan Marx while filming Channel 10’s new reality show, The Challenge Australia.
“Oh my gosh! The drama is insane, Konrad is sleeping with Megan [Marx],” claimed the insider.
“Konrad said he was single and his relationship with Abbie Chatfield was over because she broke up with him.”
The anonymous source said the two had “hooked up” while filming the series.
“On the first night of filming he hooked up with Megan,” they said.
“It was extremely awkward, because he was all over her the second we started filming. It was like he was trying to make Brooke [Blurton] jealous because she was there too.”
Both Abbie and Konrad found fame through The Bachelor franchise, and have spoken candidly about being in an open relationship.
The two began dating in 2021, after Konrad failed to win over Bachelorette Brooke Blurton.
