In a recent interview with “Women’s Health,” Eva Longoria says rebounding (trampoline) workouts are an essential part of her 60 to 75-minute morning routine. The actress told the publication that she’s so passionate about incorporating the workout into her routine that she recently brought her mini trampoline with her to Dubai. Longoria tried an online class with boutique rebounding fitness studio The Ness for the first time in 2020.
After her first class, Longoria continued to incorporate rebounding exercises into her daily workout routine – which her friends and son have tried alongside her. Longoria appreciates that bouncing 30 to 45 minutes a day on a trampoline gives her a sweaty and low-impact workout that helps her stay present ahead of a busy day. “You really have to focus on the routine and memorise the movements. They switch sides a lot, which can throw you off, so you have to be on top of it. I love that,” she tells “Women’s Health.”
For the remainder of her 60 to 75-minute exercise routine, Longoria folds in a variety of workouts – strength training, yoga, and kettlebell flow (doing several kettlebell movements in a row) are a few that she highlights. Longoria has a goal of moving her body every day and uses her hour-long workout routine to keep her on track. Her why? “I really work out for my mental health,” Longoria says in the interview.
