Carlie is rocking her (seemingly) favourite shade of navy, in a strapless dress with a healthy leg slit. Jay’s mint green dress is very sexy and simple, which might not work on anyone else but she looks smokin’ and Brooke’s outfit looks like something out of a ’90s prom, and we’re not mad about it.
