The Kardashians Are Back, Here’s Where You Can Keep Up in Australia

Just when you thought it was over, the Kardashians snapped their fingers and announced their return to the small screen. Their hugely successful reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, said its goodbyes in 2021, but now it’s been revealed that the famous family that we can’t seem to get enough of is making a comeback with a brand new show on a new network.

While the family have remained loyal to the E! since 2007 and filmed 20 seasons with the platform, their new show The Kardashians will not air on the network.

So, Where Can You Watch The Kardashians in Australia?

Despite the new series being filmed exclusively for American streaming service Hulu, those Down Under will be able to witness the action on another streaming platform.

The Kardashians will be available to watch on Disney+. So, if you’re not signed up, then make sure you get in early right here.

When Does The Kardashians Premiere In Australia?

Earlier in the year, Khloe Kardashian previously hinted at an early 2022 premiere date, saying the show will air “soon” while speaking to Ellen DeGeneres.

“I think in a few months, either end of January, early February,” she said. “That’s the beauty of Hulu. We’re streaming and we get to have a much quicker turnaround than previously. We’re really excited.”

But now, it’s been announced that the reality TV series will kick off on April 14.

What Can We Expect?

If you’re hoping for drama and catfights, then you may be disappointed. It seems The Kardashians will mainly focus on the sisters’ business ventures.

“This is the next chapter,” Kris revealed at Disney’s Upfronts virtual presentation in May 2021. “In the new show, you’ll see us evolving as a family, fans want us to be who we are and since moment one, they’ve been emotionally invested in our show just like we are.”

Judging from the trailer, it seems Kourtney and Travis Barker’s engagement will be shown on-screen, and Kim’s messy divorce from rapper Kanye West will also play out this season.  Plus, cosmetic mogul Kylie Jenner, who recently welcomed a baby boy with Travis Scott may also open up about her pregnancy journey on the show.

When Did Keeping Up With the Kardashians End?

The Kardashians’ mega-hit show which started it all ended its 14 year run on June 20 last year. The series, which first premiered in 2007,  went on for 20 seasons and launched the Kardashian family into the stratosphere.

Now, each member of the family is worth millions with Kim Kardashian herself having a net worth of $1.8 billion. As viewers, we’ve seen the women on the show face scandals, divorce and even go through labour and now, they’re ready to start a new chapter.
