If you thought SAS Australia was over then think again because the gruelling reality show is back for a one-week special, which sees 14 everyday Aussies face the ultimate test. Only one episode has aired so far, but viewers have already witnessed a man wetting himself and a woman revealing to the Directing Staff that she was accused of her husband’s murder.
If the show is known for anything, it’s for being intense, and while it isn’t always easy to watch, it’s hard to look away.
Ant Middleton, Olli Ollerton and Jason Fox are back, pushing the recruits to their absolute limit. The recruits, which include a Federal police officer and a bodybuilder, are going to face a series of physical and psychological tests over a one week period — they don’t call it Hell Week for nothing.
Season 3, featuring a number of controversial personalities, just wrapped up with former NRL star Sam Burgess being crowned the winner. Admitting to his tumultuous past, Burgess opened up about his messy divorce and the circumstances which forced him to withdraw from the sport.
“I’ve lost my career, my kids and my marriage. I’ve lost it all,” said Burgess during an intense interrogation from SAS Chief Instructor Ant Middleton.
But in the end, he was the last person standing, a feat that definitely was not easy.
So you’re probably wondering how you can catch all the action, especially because you only have a few days to take it all in.
SAS Australia: Hell Week will air on Tuesday night at 7.30pm on Channel 7, but if you’re not in front of a TV, you can catch it live or watch it later on 7Now. If you missed Monday night’s episode be sure to catch up online, so you’re completely up to speed.
