The Block is right around the corner (airing on Sunday, August 8 to be precise), and what better time to do a little digging — pun intended, and find out exactly where the team are heading to in 2021.
What we do know, is the team is going to the bayside suburb of Hampton in Melbourne, and it’s as affluent as it sounds.
Working in Bronte Court, a traditional Aussie cul-de-sac, the contestants will battle it out as they attempt to build five luxury homes.
Houses in the area can go for a cool $5 million, as the suburb is only 14km away from Melbourne CBD.
This year, The Block features a massive twist, with newbie couples gearing up to go head-to-head with contestants from previous seasons.
That’s not all, contestants will not be given a floor plan as they are required to build the layout from scratch.
The Block will premiere at 7pm on Sunday, August 8 on Channel 9 and 9Now.
