As someone who sheds tears after attempting to lift 5kg weights, SAS Australia leaves me dumbfounded.
“Why would ANYONE volunteer to go on this show!?” is the thought that runs through my mind every time I tune in.
But while I wouldn’t be caught dead competing on the show (that, and I’m not even close to being considered a celebrity), it is still extremely entertaining.
So with that in mind, I come bearing some great news — Channel 7 have released a first look at the upcoming season of SAS Australia.
18 Aussie celebrities will be faced with the toughest challenge of their lives as they’re forced into a series of physical and psychological tests from the real SAS selection process.
Former SAS soldiers Ant Middleton, Mark “Billy” Billingham, Jason “Foxy” Fox and Ollie Ollerton will act as Commander in Chief as they push the contestants beyond their limit.
With plenty of familiar faces such as Manu Feildel, Sam Burgess and Jett Kenny to name a few, the latest instalment promises tougher interrogations and harder challenges.
