While lonely boy Dan Humphrey does his fair amount of stalking (mostly of Serena van der Woodsen), it’s nothing compared to what Joe Goldberg accomplishes when he puts on that baseball cap. Gossip Girl is less suspenseful than You, but it’s jam-packed with more than enough drama to keep you hooked. Not to mention, watching Penn Badgley obsess over two beautiful blondes is just good content overall.
