Tom Holland Reacts to Zendaya’s Red Carpet Return in the Sweetest Way
It’s been a little while since we’ve had a Tomdaya fix, but all good things come to those who wait. After Zendaya‘s jaw-dropping return to the red carpet at the NAACP Image Awards on Feb. 25, in which she wore a plunging Versace Couture dress, the “Euphoria” star posted a couple of smouldering photos from the event on her Instagram. And who popped up in the comments to support his girlfriend? None other than Tom Holland.
Despite Holland taking a break from social media for his mental health, as the 26-year-old announced last August, he clearly decided a brief return to Instagram was worth it to react to Zendaya‘s incredible look. The Spider-man star simply dropped three heart-eye emojis in the comments, proving their sweet bond is still very much alive. And fans of the couple were quick to notice, with his comment racking up 53,000 likes at the time of writing.
The “Spider-Man: No Way Home” costars are notoriously private as a couple, although we have been given a few glances of their relationship since they seemingly confirmed their romance in July 2021 after they were spotted kissing in Los Angeles. Zendaya posted a cute tribute to Holland on June 1, 2022, on his 26th birthday, adding the caption: “Happiest of birthdays to the one who makes me the happiest.” And in September, following Zendaya’s history-making Emmy win for outstanding lead actress in a drama for her role as Rue Bennett in “Euphoria,” she made sure to text her boyfriend with the news straight after.
While the pair have walked the odd red carpet together, Zendaya took the floor alone for the SAG Awards, which took place on Feb. 26, a day after the NCAAP Image Awards. Wearing a pink, strapless Valentino dress and sporting a voluminous bob haircut and ’60s lashes, the actor oozed old school Hollywood glamour. Here’s hoping we’ll get some red carpet Tomdaya appearances in the not too distant future.
