The Real Love Boat: Naomi Wants a Man That Works on Himself

If you love love, if you love dating shows on boats, if you love sexy singles and glam European destinations, then buckle up babes!

Where’s Bachie gone? No one knows. Instead, 10 is giving us a brand new dating show that’s essentially Love Island on a boat, and we’re not mad about it.

The Real Love Boat — inspired by the 1976 sitcom — takes place aboard the Princess Cruises ship, Regal Princess, and will see 20 Australian singles travel the seas, looking for love.

Destination dates and surprise singles will test the couples’ compatibility and chemistry. Like the beloved original scripted series, The Love Boat, the indispensable crew members will play pivotal roles in the matchmaking and navigation of the romantic (and sometimes turbulent) waters ahead.

Hosted by Darren McMullen, with Cruise Director Hannah Ferrier, Head of Entertainment Daniel Doody, and Princess Cruises’ Captain Paolo
Arrigo, our eligible Aussies will be guided through the murky waters of love as they explore Spain, Greece, France, Italy, Turkey and Montenegro.

NTB, right?

One of the babes embarking on this cruise for love is 28-year-old Naomi Tibbles, a business manager from Queensland.

Naomi is a bold and courageous business manager, who grew up in the Western Suburbs of Sydney and now lives on the Gold Coast. She is chasing romance and is hoping some love can bloom on The Real Love Boat.

She is looking for someone that holds qualities similar to her own values, which include honesty, a great amount of communication, loyalty and adventure.

“My perfect match with probably be silly sometimes, and into self-development; like me,” she said in a press statement.

“Any man would be happier with a little Naomi in their life!”

Lying, cheating, wandering eyes, someone who cannot communicate their emotions, and someone that doesn’t work on themselves are all deal breakers for her.

“I can be untrusting and jealous, so sometimes I need a lot of reassurance from my partner,” she says. “I’m afraid that that might make a potential suitor run the other way.

But with her bubbly personality and cute quirks, Naomi is bound to find someone who loves her just the way she is.

The Real Love Boat airs weekly at 8.30pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, only on 10 and 10 Play. Miss an episode? Catch up on 10 Play on Demand.
