Congratulations are in order for Sia! The Australian musical hit-maker is a married woman now, having tied the knot with her boyfriend, Dan Bernad, in a small, private ceremony in Italy last weekend.
According to People, which first reported the news, there were only four guests at the intimate ceremony apart from the bride and groom. Pictures obtained by the outlet show Sia dressed in a stunning three-quarter sleeve mermaid gown and a matching sheer veil as she and Bernad exchanged vows and kissed under a beautiful, candlelit gazebo decorated with flowers.
It’s unclear how long Sia and Bernad have been together but their first public appearance was at the “West Side Story” LA premiere in December 2021 (pictured above), which suggests they’ve been dating for at least a year and a half. The “Chandelier” singer also posted a photo with Bernad on Instagram in October 2022. Apart from that, the couple have kept their relationship almost entirely offline.
Before Bernad, Sia was married to filmmaker Erik Anders Lang. The pair wed at the “Elastic Heart” singer’s Palm Springs home in August 2014, but ultimately divorced just over two years later in December 2016, telling People in a statement, “After much soul searching and consideration we have made the decision to separate as a couple. We are, however, dedicated to remaining friends.”
