With the addition of two new couples entering the experiment, we’ve been thrust into the lives of 24 Aussies embarking on this wild journey in search of love.
Thanks to the matchmaking skills of relationship experts John Aiken and Mel Schilling, along with clinical sexologist Alessandra Rampolla, we’re in for another thrilling season as these love-seekers put their hearts on the line.

Meet Rupert
Introducing Rupert — the charming and daring tradesman who is always game for a challenge. With his charismatic smile and quick wit, this electrician boasts that he can “chug a beer faster than Bob Hawke”. It’s been only six months since his last relationship fizzled out, but Rupert is already a head-turner in the dating world.
When Rupert meets women for the first time, they sometimes mistake him for a “city boy” — a term used for a “f**k boy”. However, that couldn’t be further from the truth. While the groom enjoys flirting and chatting up women, he’s not just out to play the field. His friends even refer to him as “the cattle dog” because he’s always on the move.
Although he may seem guarded at times, Rupert can come across as cold if a woman does something to put him off. It’s a habit he’s aware of and actively working on improving.
The 27-year-old won’t pursue a woman if there isn’t an initial spark, but if someone passes his extensive checklist, he becomes fiercely loyal and devoted.
