“Made in Chelsea”‘s Tiffany Watson Is “Very Grateful” to be Pregnant
“Made in Chelsea”‘s Tiffany Watson is pregnant! The reality TV star revealed the news that she is expecting with husband Cameron McGeehan on Monday, 27 Feb. by posting a carousel of photos dressed in a beige knitted co-ord from Pretty Little Thing showcasing her bump, alongside her partner and their dog. She captioned the photo: “Baby McGeehan on the way ? “.
The journey to pregnancy hasn’t been smooth for Watson, who previously experienced pregnancy loss in 2021. She added that this brought on anxious feelings surrounding her latest pregnancy announcement, telling her followers: “Pregnancy after miscarriage can come with a lot of anxiety and I’ve been having to take it one day at a time but very grateful for where we are on our journey ✨”.
Friends and family were quick to offer their congratulations to the happy couple, who got married in a festival-themed wedding last summer. Her sister, and former “Made in Chelsea” costar Lucy Watson, called it the “best news ever”, while MIC alum Binky Felstead, who is also currently pregnant with her third child, commented: “Congratulations gorgey! Amazing news”.
Watson spoke openly about her baby loss during a scene with costar Olivia Bennett on “Made in Chelsea” last year. She then posted a carousel of hospital photos in April 2021 to raise awareness of pregnancy loss. She added: “I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t tempted to keep it quiet, not speak about it, pretend it never happened, but I realised if women continue to do this it’s going to continue to be a taboo topic and that needs to change. In the U.K. it is estimated that 1 in 4 pregnancies will end in miscarriage. If me sharing my personal story helps just one other going through the same, then that makes me happy.”
Watson joins her fellow MIC stars Ollie and Gareth Locke-Locke who announced in Feb. they are expecting twins, following three failed rounds of IVF, Scarlett Moffatt who is also pregnant, and “Love Island”‘s Dani Dyer who is preparing for twins. There’s certainly a baby boom for 2023 as we’ve already seen some of our favourite celebs welcome new bundles of joy. Molly-Mae Hague has given birth to Bambi, Stacey Dooley birthed baby Minnie, and Stacey Solomon has welcomed Belle to the world.
