With lockdown officially over and Australia slowly returning back to normal, the announcement of concerts could not be more welcomed. Ever since international borders were slammed shut in early 2020, celebrities were forced to cancel their tours, and no one knew when they’d be able to see their favourite stars perform live again.
Thankfully, more and more singers are adding Australia to their list of locations now that travel is allowed once again, including Justin Bieber. The Stay singer has announced four Australian arena dates for late next year as part of his latest world tour Justice.
Kicking off in Perth at HBF Park on Tuesday, November 22, the 27-year-old will then move on to Melbourne and Sydney before finishing up at Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium on Saturday, December 3. The tour marks the first time Bieber is performing Down Under since his Purpose tour back in 2017.
“We’ve been working hard to create the best show we’ve ever done, and we can’t wait to share it with fans around the world. I’ll see you soon,” said Bieber in a statement.
Justice is Bieber’s sixth studio album and was released in March this year. Featuring Khalid, Chance the Rapper, Benny Blanco and Australia’s very own Kid LAROI, the record has proven to be a smash hit, with chart topping songs such as Holy, Lonely, Hold On and Peaches.
Since the release, Bieber has recorded a surprise EP, Freedom, and has worked with LAROI once again for the hit song Stay. Tickets for the Justice tour go on sale on Wednesday, November 24, with an American Express pre-sale on Friday, November 19 and Frontier Members pre-sale on Monday November 22.
