Rejoice, ARMYs! Jungkook Is Releasing His Debut Album, “Golden,” Next Month

The wait for details about Jungkook’s highly anticipated debut solo album has finally come to an end! On Oct. 3 – following the July release of his Billboard No. 1 single, “Seven,” and his September follow-up single, “3D” – Big Hit Entertainment announced in a Weverse statement that Jungkook will release his first album called “Golden” on Nov. 3.

“We are excited to announce the release of BTS member Jung Kook’s solo album ‘Golden,'” they wrote in the statement, adding that the album is “inspired by the golden moments of Jung Kook, the golden maknae of BTS and a solo artist.”

Big Hit revealed in their statement that “Golden” will include 11 tracks, including Jungkook’s previously released tracks “Seven” and “3D.”

Alongside Big Hit’s Oct. 3 announcement, they released a graphic on X that is green with the album title “Golden” – fittingly written in gold. It’s unclear if this is the actual album cover, but the cover will likely follow this color scheme.

Previously, Jungkook has performed his “Golden” tracks on the “Good Morning America” summer concert series, the Korean music show “Inkigayo,” and at the 2023 Global Citizen Concert.

Big Hit also announced in their statement that “Jung Kook will be delivering more special stage performances and making various appearances alongside the release of his new album.”
