Prepare for an electrifying journey as “Hunted Australia” takes you on a high-stakes game of cat and mouse. In this heart-pounding reality show, ordinary Australians transform into Fugitives on the run, while an elite team of skilled Hunters stop at nothing to track them down. With a chance to win a share of the $100,000 prize money, the Fugitives must rely on their wit, resourcefulness, and a touch of unpredictability to outsmart their pursuers.
Now, let’s meet Byron and Tanase, who are about to embark on an extraordinary adventure on “Hunted Australia” 2023.
Byron and Tanase on “Hunted Australia” 2023
Meet Byron and Tanase, the self-proclaimed “city slickers” turned Fugitives on “Hunted Australia”. These siblings, who relocated from South Australia to Melbourne 15 years ago, bring a unique dynamic to the game. Tanase, known for her impulsive nature and outspoken personality, pairs perfectly with Byron, the strategic and calculated thinker who remains calm under pressure.
As they navigate the challenging journey ahead, Byron and Tanase will rely on their strong support group. Drawing on the connections they have fostered within the West African communities and Byron’s network of queer allies, they have a robust support system to aid them in their escape. These communities will provide valuable resources, guidance, and a sense of solidarity as they evade capture.
Embracing the great outdoors, Byron and Tanase plan to venture into the bush, a new experience for them. Their aim is to confuse the Hunters right from the start. While camping may be unfamiliar territory, they are determined to immerse themselves in nature, utilising it as a strategic advantage in their cat-and-mouse game.
“Hunted Australia” premieres Monday, 17 July at 7.30pm on 10 and 10 Play.
