As the world slowly begins to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, people are getting ready to attend live shows once again.
Australia is set to welcome a number of massive superstars, including Bruno Mars, K-pop band BLACKPINK and now, Dua Lipa.
In what is expected to be the most exclusive show to hit Australia this year, the British pop star is set to perform at the iconic Palais Theatre in St Kilda, Melbourne.
The small show will have 2,500 fans in attendance and is a Victoria-only event.
The concert is part of the state’s ALWAYS LIVE initiative, which will see a series of shows take place across Victoria.
The ALWAYS LIVE event will take place a month before Dua performs at the Rod Laver Arena on November 11 and 12 as part of her Future Nostalgia Tour.
She’s set to travel to Brisbane’s BEC on November 5, followed by Qudos Bank Arena Sydney on November 8, Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on November 11 and 12, and Adelaide’s AEC Arena on November 14 before finishing off her Aussie run at Perth’s RAC Arena on November 16.
Upon announcing her Australian tour, Dua said: “I am beyond excited to be bringing my world tour to Australia, it’s been way too long, but I promise, we are going to have one heck of a party.”
Tickets for Dua’s Melbourne show at The Palais Theatre will only be available by a ballot system. More information can be found here.
