Huge congratulations to Dani Dyer and Jarrod Bowen, who have welcomed their twin girls to the world! The 2018 “Love Island” winner announced on 25 May that she had given birth to her two adorable babies via a sweet Instagram post. Sharing an adorable photo of her newborns wearing pink bunny-themed babygrows and bows on their head, the 26-year-old simply added their birth date as the caption: “22.05.23”. No names have been revealed yet.
Fans and celebrity friends alike shared their sweet messages on Instagram. Dyer’s dad, Danny Dyer, commented: “Can’t stop smiling”, with two heart emojis, while TOWIE star Georgia Kousoulou wrote, “Can’t wait to meet them”. The twins join their older brother, Santiago, 2, who Dyer shares with ex, Sammy Kimmence
Back in January, the media personality revealed on the social media platform that she was expecting twins with her West Ham footballer boyfriend. “We have been keeping a little secret,” she began beneath a carousel post. “Our little TWINS. So excited to meet our babies and watch Santi be the best big brother… The biggest surprise of our lives but feeling SO blessed… Our family is getting a lot bigger and we can’t wait”.
The sweet photos include a snap of her toddler holding up a board revealing he is going to be a big brother with two ultrasound scan photos underneath. The next photos are of Dyer smiling with boyfriend Bowen. The couple have been together since December 2021 and Dyer revealed to The Sun that her “Eastenders” actor dad, Danny Dyer, approved of their relationship as he’s a big fan of the football team he plays for.
Dyer’s new additions join the roster of “Love Island” babies, with 2020 contestant Shaughna Phillips welcoming her baby girl Lucia in April, and 2019 Islanders Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury becoming parents to their baby girl Bambi in January. See the twins gorgeous first photo below.
