Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor’s Kids Have Grown Up Before Our Eyes

Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor’s kids are all grown up! On June 11, Stiller and Taylor brought their Ella Stiller with them to the Tribeca Film Festival. The trio smiled together on the red carpet. Ella previously attended the 2022 Emmys with her dad. Ben and Taylor are also parents to their 17-year-old son, Quinlin Stiller.

Ben and Taylor have been married since May 2000. They hit a rough patch in 2017 when they announced plans to split. However, neither ever officially filed for divorce. The two eventually reconciled, and in an April 2022 interview with Entertainment Tonight, Ben opened up about how content he was with his life.

“I’m so happy where I’m at in my life and the fact that we’re even able to be here together doing this right now, all those things are now not taken for granted,” Ben said. “The whole last few years have been a time for everybody to kind of get in touch with a lot of that.”

Ben also spoke to Esquire in 2022 about how the COVID-19 pandemic reunited him with his wife. “We were separated and got back together and we’re happy about that,” he said. “It’s been really wonderful for all of us. Unexpected, and one of the things that came out of the pandemic.”

Ella Olivia Stiller

Ben and Taylor’s oldest child, Ella, was born on April 9, 2002. Based on her Instagram, she’s currently studying drama at The Juilliard School.

Over the years, we’ve seen Ella basically grow up before our eyes, as she’s attended countless red carpet events with her famous parents. She most recently accompanied both her parents at the Tribeca Film Festival in June 2023.

In a February 2022 interview with Esquire, Ben revealed that Ella previously called him out for not being as present as he should have been during her childhood because he was too busy working. “She’s pretty articulate about it, and sometimes it’s stuff that I don’t want to hear. It’s hard to hear,” he said. “Because it’s me not being there in the ways that I saw my parents not being there. And I had always thought, ‘Well, I won’t do that.’ But then it’s that thing that, like, I was trying to navigate my own desire to fulfill the hopes and dreams I had, too. And that doesn’t feel great, but it’s important to acknowledge.”
