Australian Survivor: Blood vs Water is only a few days away and we’ve finally been told who will be competing alongside the ones they love most.
In 2022, all contestants will compete alongside a family member in what is expected to be the show’s most explosive season yet. We already know that past competitors Samantha Gash and Mark Wales, who are married to one another, will be appearing on the show alongside two-time American Survivor winner Sandra Diaz-Twine.
“I’m the queen of Survivor as I’m the first two-time winner ever,” Sandra can be heard saying in the teaser for the show. “I have a secret weapon — my baby girl Nina. Y’all better look out, because I taught her well.”
Until now, Channel 10 has kept relatively num on who else will be competing on the upcoming instalment.
And it turns out there were quite a few surprising names the network was keeping in their pocket, including former MasterChef Australia cook, Khanh Ong, who will be partnered with sister Amy Ong.
Another familiar face is influencer and business owner Sophie Cachia who will be joining the show with sister KJ, a Survivor super-fan.
Australian Survivor: Blood vs Water is expected to really test the waters as contestants will be forced to go head-to-head with the people they care about the most.
“Survivor has always been an individual game,” host Jonathan La Paglia told Who. “But this season, that’s all about to change.”
So without further ado, let’s meet the teams competing on Australian Survivor: Blood vs Water.
