We Hear Wedding Bells! All The Celebrities Who Got Married In 2021
Nothing spells L.O.V.E more than when two people who cherish one another say ‘I Do’.
And because celebrities are human too, nothing is more glamorous or lavish than the nuptials of the rich and famous.
In 2020, we teared up over Queer Eye star Jonathan Van Ness’ secret wedding to Mark Peacock, Todd Lasance married his sweetheart Jordan Wilcox Hunter and Australian Olympic diver Matthew Mitcham married his boo, Luke Rutherford.
As restrictions ease in Australia and cancelled wedding plans back on, we’re crossing all of our fingers and toes for some incredible weddings in 2021.
Hannah Gadsby and Jenney Shamash
Comedian Hannah Gadsby announced that she married Jenny Shamash in January via a very sweet Instagram post on April 29.
Taking to her account she wrote: “I would like to introduce all y’all to Jenney Shamash. She is a producer extraordinaire,” she wrote.
“She is very funny and is really talented at reciting facts. It is a joy to behold. We got married in January and we are very chuffed about it. For the record: this is me gushing. I am full of very positive feelings. This is a nice story. My heart felt thanks to everybody who voted for marriage equality.”
Georgia Love and Lee Elliott
Congratulations to Lee Elliott and Georgia Love, one of our all-time favourite Bachelorette couples, who married on Friday, March 5 at Frogmore Winery in Tasmania.
Both Elliott and Love shared the same stunning black and white photo on their Instagram with the caption: “It was always you ✨ 05.03.21 #aloveleewedding”
Julie Snook and Hugo Johnstone-Burt
It was a stunning Wildenstein Blue Mountains wedding for Channel 9 presenter Julie Snook and actor Hugo Johnstone-Burt on Friday, March 5. While Snook wore a custom Velani (with pockets!), Johnstone-Burt wore a spectacular smile. Congratulations to the happy couple!
