Lori Harvey is single-handedly bringing back “fishtail” eyeliner. On Oct. 26, Harvey attended a Tiffany & Co. event in Los Angeles wearing a sultry iteration of the trend that you’re going to want to re-create ASAP.

Most of Harvey’s glam leaned more minimal, save for the graphic flair that she added to the outer corners of her eyes. The model’s makeup was executed true to the trend’s roots and saw one flick of liner on her top lid and another extending parallel from her lower lash with a small space between them. It was the standout detail of her entire look, which also included a baby-french manicure; a sleek ponytail with blunt-cut, face-framing pieces; and a black-and-white two-piece suit.

Fishtail liner is one of the many graphic-eyeliner trends making its way back from the early aughts. Other popular styles include banana, floating, and bat-wing eyeliner, so don’t be surprised if you see more twists pop up in the next few months. If you want to try your hand at the look, make sure to use a fine-point liquid eyeliner, and for an added sultry touch, you can smoke it out a little like Harvey did.
