Kourtney Kardashian: reality-TV star, mother-to-be, and firmly in her stealth-wealth-nail era. Days after announcing her latest pregnancy, on June 26, Kardashian posted a picture of her milk-bath manicure, which was in line with her minimalist beauty philosophy.
Courtesy of her go-to manicurist Kim Truong, Kardashian’s nails were kept their natural short length and filed into a square shape. They were then painted a pale, milky-white shade, and an almost imperceptible baby-french line was added along each tip.
Milk-bath nails have been trending over the last few years, thanks in part to the resurgence of barely-there nail looks. Celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Gabrielle Union, and Madonna have all been spotted in their own versions of the manicure, and the trend has become so popular that it has inspired a variety of spin-off looks, like the “blueberry” and “strawberry-milk” manicures.
