The eyes say it all, so the saying goes. And, that’s what Kester Black is communicating with its latest beauty launch. The Australian brand, which was founded in Melbourne in 2009, is expanding its range — which currently includes vegan nail polishes and lip products — into eyeliners. More specifically, vegan, cruelty-free and 100 percent natural eyeliners! What a dream, right?
Formulated with organic jojoba oil, shea butter, marula oil and vitamin E, these eyeliners are truly one-of-a-kind thanks to Kester Black’s sustainability and social justice principles. Not only is Kester Black B Corp certified and carbon-neutral but the company donates two percent of all revenue to social causes, while creating products that are all sustainable.
This latest launch of liners from Kester Black comes in four shades: A-Eye, Blackout, Clone and UF-Whoa ($36 each). A-Eye is a matte burgundy shade, while Blackout is a classic black liner — perfect for your classic cat-eye. Clone is a matte beige shade that can be used across your eyes, cheeks, lips and brows, while UF-Whoa is a shimmery bronze liner that can be used traditionally on the lash line, or all over the eyelid as a glittery shadow. We love a multipurpose product!
These eyeliners don’t contain synthetics, are plant-based and versatile (read: gentle!) enough to be used across the whole face. As Kester Black said in a press release, “Like fingerprints no two irises are alike, so highlight your individuality, redefine how you see life and shape your style with a clean, plastic-free pencil that has its sights set on the future.”
Kester Black’s range of eye-catching liners officially launches on June 29. You can pick up your liner via kesterblack.com.
