There were plenty of big beauty moments at the 2022 Met Gala, but none were bigger than Kaia Gerber’s curls.
Thanks to the model’s voluminous hair, middle part and beaded hair clips on either side, it’s clear she nailed this year’s theme of “Gilded Glamour.” As she crossed the red carpet with her boyfriend Austin Butler, you could see her studded metallic dress by Alexander McQueen on full display. Still, veteran hairstylist Guido Palau made sure her hair took that glamour up a notch.
This is the second time Gerber has attended the Met Gala, but the look is a start contrast to her first appearance last year. In 2021, she wore a sleek cropped bob in Hollywood waves, so she opted for something bigger and bolder this year.
