Kate Middleton is having a very busy week. The Duchess of Cambridge was spotted at Ely and Caerau Children’s Centre this morning, Jan. 22, in Cardiff, Wales. The visit was part of Kate’s 24-hour tour of the UK to launch her early-childhood survey, 5 Big Questions. The duchess had to cancel her first visit to the LEYF Nursery in London this morning due to weather conditions, but she will make a final stop in Surrey later today.
