While Pixie Lott is known for shaking things up in the style department, she’s just made her most dramatic change yet by getting a pixie cut. The singer posted selfies of her transformation on Instagram on 19 April sporting her new, cropped hairstyle, and fans were quick to make comparisons with the late Princess Diana who was known for her shorter hair. “You remind me of princess Diana now,” one wrote, while others pointed out the namesake cut. “Pixie for pixie,” wrote one fan, while another added, “Wow that’s absolutely stunning. I love it and it suits you so much.”
Lott has still kept the platinum blonde colour she’s been famed for since she burst onto the scene in 2009. She’s experimented with the modern-day perm, added and taken away side fringes, and cut it into a bob over the years, but she’s not gone for the full pixie until now. With a longer fringe and cropped short at the back, created by Larry King, the dramatic transformation certainly suits her.
