Welcome to Class Fitsugar’s newest season! We’re back in the studio, and our new trainer, Khetanya Henderson, will be leading you through a 30-minute Pilates and cardio workout joined by Ellie Aviles and Poofy Moffitino. In this routine, you’ll start with a quick warmup that’ll engage your core and leave you feeling connected and balanced. Get ready to deepen your pliés and work on your push-ups, mountain climbers, sit-ups, jumping jacks, and more. All you need is a mat to get started!
Henderson is a certified Pilates instructor, NASM-certified trainer, and former collegiate soccer player. In addition to teaching all kinds of fitness, she’s also an actor and dancer, appearing in commercials and on stage with Cirque du Soleil.
