Gigi Hadid recently revelled in the most stylish mum jeans moment, but she might have just one-upped herself on the Moschino runway. The supermodel, who’s close friends with Creative Director Jeremy Scott and has made many appearances for the brand before, closed the show in a single-sleeved, animal embroidered patchwork dress that came in baby blanket fabric. The entire “Ladies Who Lunch” collection was inspired by children’s toys, in fact, featuring everything from colourful bangles reminiscent of take-along teething rings and teddy bear earrings to handbags that technically double as beach pails and letter blocks.
Gigi, who’s a new mum to daughter Khai, was given the honour of toting along a baby bottle ahead of the finale, which she posed with, twirled with, and pretended to take a sip of – towering platform sandals be damned. If this gown, complete with an elephant’s trunk on the shoulder, doesn’t scream “powerhouse fashion mum,” then really, what does?
