Together since they were just 16, Kirsty and Jesse make the perfect team. They bought their first house together when they were 18-years-old, and with each other’s help, they renovated and sold it, making a cool $60,000 profit.
The couple have been applying for The Block since 2012, and now that they’ve been given the opportunity of a lifetime, they’re not going to let it slip away.
Originally from Wangi Wangi in NSW, the duo have bought and flipped six houses since their very first, making them tough competition to beat.
But home renos isn’t the only thing this power couple is good at, with 33-year-old Kirsty being a well-known country music singer, who’s album topped the ARIA country charts in 2016.
“I’ve been singing all my life, that’s my passion, my career and my life,” she said. “I come from a musical family and it just comes naturally to me,” she said.
Husband Jesse, 32, also works within the entertainment industry, as a videographer and helps Kirsty with her music videos.
