Tish Cyrus and Dominic Purcell Are Married in Private Malibu Ceremony

Miley Cyrus‘s mom, Tish, is officially married again – now, to “Prison Break” and “Legends of Tomorrow” star Dominic Purcell. On Aug. 19, multiple outlets, including People, confirmed that the couple, who announced their engagement on April 30, tied the knot in a poolside ceremony in Malibu. POPSUGAR reached out to Tish and Purcell’s reps for comment on their nuptials, but did not recieve an immediate response.

During the ceremony, Tish wore a white gown with a long white train, while Purcell donned a short-sleeved white shirt and slacks. The happy couple was surrounded by white petals as their family and friends looked on. In photos obtained by JustJared, Miley appeared to serve as her mom’s maid of honor. Miley’s sister Brandi Cyrus, and brother, Trace Cyrus, also appeared to be in the wedding party.

Leading up to their wedding ceremony, Tish, 56, celebrated her nuptials in June with a grand “Tishelorette” party in Ischia, Italy, where she was surrounded by her close friends and oldest daughter, Brandi Cyrus. To document the special occasion, Brandi posted a few photos of her posing with her mom on Instagram, including one of the pair snuggled together. #Tishelorette,” she captioned the post.

It’s unclear when Tish and Purcell first got together, but they seemingly went public with their romance in November 2022 after the former posted a photo of the two on her Instagram Story. According to Us Weekly, the mom of five captioned the picture, “Thanks for the cute photo,” tagging photographer Vijat M. and adding a heart emoji with Purcell’s name tagged. Then back in February, an insider told the publication, “Things couldn’t be going better for Tish and Dominic. She truly feels like she found her soulmate.”

News of Tish and Purcell’s romance was reported shortly after Tish’s ex-husband, Billy Ray Cyrus, 61, got engaged to his fiancée Firerose in November 2022. Tish and Billy finalized their divorce in April 2022 after 28 years of marriage. They share three children together – Miley, son Braison, and daughter Noah – and Billy Ray previously adopted Tish’s two oldest kids, Brandi and son Trace. Purcell, 53, meanwhile, was previously married to Rebecca Williamson from 1998 to 2008, per Us Weekly, and in an on-again-off-again relationship with AnnaLynne McCord that ended in 2018.
