If snagging a ticket to see Taylor Swift‘s Eras Tour in person wasn’t on the cards for you, you’re in luck. Swift is bringing one of the year’s hottest tours — which revisits 10 eras and 17 years of her music — to a cinema near you! Yes, that includes us Aussies! Swifties will have a chance to see the whole show on movie screens in a matter of weeks!
“The tour isn’t the only thing we’re taking worldwide,” Swift wrote on Instagram on Tuesday morning, announcing the film’s global theatrical release.
When the film was first unveiled in late August, she shared: “The Eras Tour has been the most meaningful, electric experience of my life so far and I’m overjoyed to tell you that it’ll be coming to the big screen soon … Eras attire, friendship bracelets, singing and dancing encouraged.”

According to the movie’s Fandango listing page, the “Eras Tour” movie has a runtime of two hours and 45 minutes, which is slightly shorter than Swift’s in-person concerts. While it’s not known yet what songs from the concert will be included in the movie, Variety reported that it’ll feature a secret-songs mini set. This could include any of the various songs Swift has surprised fans with on tour.
