Every Surprise Song Taylor Swift Performed On The Eras Tour
While Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour itself is pure magic, there’s a certain enchantment surrounding the acoustic set. It’s like a little gift from Swift to us fans. She plays two acoustic songs from her 10 studio albums — ones that are not on her main setlist. But lately, she’s been mixing things up by mashing songs together instead of playing them straight.
When Taylor Swift unveiled the whopping 44-song setlist for her Eras Tour, you just knew some fans would be bummed if their all-time favourite didn’t make the cut. But Taylor, being the mastermind she is, had a trick up her sleeve. She decided to sprinkle in some ‘surprise songs’ from her massive catalog of over 180 tracks. Yep, that’s right! Two unexpected gems every single night throughout the tour.
In the beginning, there was a twist. You wouldn’t catch her repeating a song. Well, unless she felt she didn’t nail the performance, of course. Fast forward to her final show in Melbourne, and Taylor hits us with the ultimate surprise. Before diving into her acoustic set, she told the crowd of 96,000 fans that she’s scrapping the whole “no-repeat” rule.
From there, it’s a whirlwind of mashups as Taylor kicks off a new trend that has Swifties everywhere buzzing with excitement. And now, drumroll, please! Here’s a rundown every surprise songs she’s treated us to on the Eras tour.
