Renee Bargh has interviewed some of the most famous faces in the world including Tom Cruise, Oprah, John Travolta and George Clooney but the Australian born beauty is proud to call Australia home.
The former Extra TV presenter, who also hosted the 2020 season of The Voice, is now foxtrotting her way along the dancefloor on Dancing With the Stars: All Stars with no plans to return to the US.
In an Interview with Body & Soul in December 2020, the 35-year-old reflected on moving back to Australia due to the global pandemic.
“I tried to control everything in my life for so long, but we realised pretty quickly this year that Mother Nature has other plans,” she told the outlet at time.
“I’m trying to trust the process. That’s what this year has shown us – you can’t expect anything to go the way you expect it to go.”
Now, the presenter is hosting Getaway, a job which she calls a dream come true.
“I got into TV hosting because of Getaway, as a kid I was obsessed with watching it,” she told 9Entertainment in February this year.
“I grew up travelling with my family — travel was a big part of our lives, and Getaway always was the pinnacle, like the dream job. I just didn’t even know how people landed that so it wasn’t until years later when I was in LA and that opportunity came up, I was so stoked.”
Having been a staple on television in the US for over a decade, the stunning blonde has had her fair share of rumour mill moments, even sparking romance buzz with Brad Pitt.
After interviewing him on the red carpet at the Screen Actor’s Guild Awards in 2020, an Australian outlet alleged that Bargh and Pitt were an item, just a week after she had to deny that she had “secretly dated” Tom Cruise.
While Bargh never outwardly denied the Pitt rumour, it’s safe to say that they are not an item.
The last we heard about Bargh’s relationship status is that she is still in fact single (get in line, gentleman!) and is looking for a “good Aussie boy”.
Regardless of who she is dating, Bargh’s talent and success far outweigh who she is currently with and we cannot wait to see her nail it on the dance floor.
