Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom Have Been Spotted in QLD and BRB, We’re Hopping on a Plane RN
Hollywood heavyweight Orlando Bloom has been spotted in Far North Queensland hitting the gym and strolling through a market.
Just a few days ago, we reported on Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson visiting Cairns. The news, unfortunately, turned out to be a hoax — Davidson is there, but Kardashian is not.
Davidson and Bloom, however, are in Australia for the same reason. The two are set to appear in the comedy movie Wizards!, with filming expected to start next week. The Pirates of the Caribbean star is accompanied by wife Katy Perry, as filming could last several months.
In the last few days, Bloom has been seen visiting the markets and going to the gym, while Perry has been papped shopping for the couple’s one-year-old daughter Daisy Dove.
Wizards!, a film by Australian writer-director David Michôd, is expected to inject approximately $14.7 million into Queensland’s economy. Naomi Scott, Franz Rogowski and Sean Harris are set to star alongside Davidson and Bloom.
The comedy movie will centre around two pothead beach-bar operators, played by Davidson and Rogowski, who find themselves in trouble after stumbling upon stolen loot.
Bloom and Perry first began dating in early 2016 but split shortly after in February 2017. They reconnected in April 2018 with Bloom proposing to the singer on Valentine’s Day the following year.
Bloom was previously married to Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr, and the two share a son together, Flynn, 11. Perry was married to English comedian Russell Brand in 2010, but their union only lasted a year.
Speaking to Sunday Today, Bloom revealed that he doesn’t want to get divorced a second time.
“It’s important to me that we are aligned. I’ve been married and divorced and I don’t want to do it again,” he said. “And we’re both fully aware of that.”
“She’s remarkable and so I’m always impressed with that and I’m encouraged,” Orlando added.
