Can't Get Enough of Married At First Sight? Here's Where to Follow the Cast on the 'Gram

Kick your feet up, lay back on to your couch and have your remote handy because Married At First Sight is returning on January 31. We’ve already met the brides and grooms, with 16 cast members taking part in the absolutely insane social experiment.

In case you don’t know, Married At First Sight is exactly what it sounds like. Two eligible singles are paired together and get married before they’ve even gotten the chance to know one another. What ensues is … well, chaos to say the least. Now, the show does feature three experts, John Aiken, Mel Schilling and sexologist Alessandra Rampolla, who seemingly pair the couples together based on “science”, but frankly, it hardly ever works out.

But that’s not why we tune in, instead, we choose to watch because the show is one giant trainwreck. From fights, tears and just all-round toxic behaviour, Married At First Sight goes from 0-100 really quickly.
