It’s Time to Bust a Move Because We Have the First Look at Dancing With The Stars: All Stars
It’s time to get your dancing shoes on because Channel 7 has just released the first look of its highly-anticipated All-Stars season of Dancing With The Stars.
Set to premiere in 2022, the latest instalment will feature past season favourites and a few wildcards. Returning to host the show will be Daryl Somers and Sonia Kruger, with the latter surprising no one since she hosts every single show on Channel 7 these days.
In the latest trailer, the celebrities are shown taking part in tough rehearsals where they’re required to learn challenging dance moves so they can execute the performance perfectly when it’s showtime.
In the short teaser, Aussie entertainer Courtney Act is shown falling to the floor after attempting a flip, while co-host of The Morning Show Kylie Gillies also struggled with the complicated move in the next clip.
But it was Ricki-Lee Coulter who gave viewers a little snippet of what to expect next year, saying she will be “hanging from the roof” during a performance, saying she was “excited” before heading on stage.
The winner of season 14 David Rodan will be competing once again next year but admits that he may not have the same rhythm that he had in 2014.
“It was a long time ago, I’m a little bit older now,” he said before a clip of him was shown shaking off his nerves. According to judge Todd McKenney, next year’s season will have “the highest quality of dancers we have had on any series.”
The returning celebrities competing next year include Grant Denyer, Bridie Carter, Anthony Koutoufides, Olympia Valance, Angie Kent and Rob Mills.
And the wildcard entrants are Sam Mac, Kris Smith, Denitrify Hines and Cameron Daddo.
