The couple officially tied the knot during a fun-filled wedding in February 2019, but they’ve managed to keep their relationship low-key since they first started dating in 2010. “Oh yeah, we’ve been together a long time,” Darren revealed when asked about Mia, a writer and producer, in 2013. “I didn’t know I was going to be on TV when we started dating.”
