Natasha Lyonne’s “Jellyfish” Ponytail at the Golden Globes Is a Must-See

Natasha Lyonne just wore one of the most popular yet polarising haircut trends to the 2023 Golden Globes. The comedian turned heads when she stepped onto the red carpet wearing a variation of the “jellyfish” haircut from TikTok, which combines a mullet and a bowl cut to create a unique look inspired by the sea creature.

Dressed in a long-sleeve black gown with attached gloves, Lyonne’s red hair was styled into a low, sleek ponytail, but with a big twist. Two large sections of hair on either side of her face weren’t included in the ponytail and were instead chopped to hit just at her chin. This detail gave the unconventional hairstyle its “jellyfish”-quality. To further customise the hairstyle, Lyonne’s version also featured wavy bangs spread across her forehead.

Before Lyonne, other stars to wear the hairstyle include Nicole Kidman, Gwen Stefani, and Kerry Washington, but none of done it quite like this.
