Kate Hudson is the latest celebrity to cosign the chrome-nail trend. The actor’s manicure provided a metallic touch to her green two-piece suit as she attended the premiere of “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery” in Spain on Oct. 19.
Hudson kept her manicure simple, opting for a single-polish look with a silver metallic-chrome color on each finger. Her nails were filed into an oval shape, and no additional nail-art designs were added, though the mesmerizing reflection on her nails from flashing cameras provided a nice sparkle.
Chrome makes for a great cold-weather manicure, as the look is a cross between two fall nail-trend predictions: silver-chrome polish and foil details. “Chrome can be used on the entire nail or in partially targeted areas of the nail bed as part of the design of the nail art,” celebrity manicurist and educator Julie Kandalec previously told POPSUGAR.
